RENTAL RULES
- Minimum rental period – 24 hours.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Identity Document
- Be over 21 years of age for vehicles with an engine type less than 1.5. Driving experience: 1+ years.
- Be over 23 years of age for vehicles with an engine type greater than 1.5. Driving experience: 2+ year.
CLARIFICATION
- The minimum paid rental period is 24 hours. The return of the car is contemplated with 1 (one) hour of tolerance for its return. After the tolerance hour, ½ day of rental will be charged. After 3 hours, a full day of rental will be charged.
- If you want to extend your hire period, you must inform the rental company in advance.
- The driver’s minimum age and driving experience are listed on each car’s page. These requirements may vary even for similar models. The rental company has the right to refuse to provide the service at any time if the driver’s age and/or driving experience does not meet the requirements for a particular car.
- To rent a car, you must have a valid national driving licence duplicated in Latin. Copies and electronic driving licences will not be accepted.
- Moving a rented car across the country’s borders is allowed only to Armenia. Notarized power of attorney: cost €100.
- It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay fines, fuel and parking fees.
- Price types: Standard (with insurance and deposit) and Full (with insurance and zero deposit). Standard CDW insurance is included by default. Standard insurance does not cover damage to the wheels, chassis, windshield or interior of the vehicle. When booking on the website, you can select the price type.
- If the car is stolen, or seriously damaged, or damaged in an incident involving someone else, please contact the rental company and the police immediately.If you can’t provide the necessary documents from the police, you’ll be liable for the full cost of replacing/repairing the car. If the car gets slightly damaged, and no-one else is involved, please contact the rental company immediately.
- Deposit amount is from €100 to €200 (depends on car category) , deposit will be damage excess too(insurance franchise). The amount of the refundable deposit (Franchise) is indicated on the page of each vehicle.
- The contact phone number with the correct country code provided at the time of booking must be available throughout the car rental period and on the day before pick-up. We do not accept any service quality claims, if it was impossible to contact the renter by mobile phone or messengers (Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram).
- Fuel policy: Same/Same. If the level of fuel is lower, you pay the difference at the rates of car rental company. If the level of fuel is higher, you are not compensated for the difference.
- The vehicle must be clean upon return. Unwashed car: €10 charge.
PAYMENT METHODS
- There is no prepayment for a reserved car.
- Payment is made upon receipt of the car – in cash.
- Prices on the website are indicated in EUR.
- Accepted currencies: GEL, USD, EUR, GBP.
DELIVERY
- Delivery to Kutaisi Airport and to your location in the city of Kutaisi is free.
